The Talbot marquewas used by a number of companies having had its roots in the Sunbeam motor company.Cars in the 1970s and 80s included the Horizon saloon, Solara SX and the Samba Cabrio.The Talbot Simca 1100 was one of the earlier models to reach mass appeal, availablein 3 and 5door versions, hatchback, estate and even van.
